Deputy Director - Lab Operations

General Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure working in sync with organizational Vision, Mission & Values
• Plan and execute Techno-Commercial Assignments
• Promote team work & building good external and internal relationships
• Drive tenacity to work, customer focus , leadership, creativity, attitude towards change, leadership and analytical problem solving approach

• Ensure stringent Quality controls that would match the world class standards

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

• Technical & Administrative Head of North and East Labs
• Involved in Techno commercial aspect and ensure smooth management of all departments
• Ensure all Quality guidelines (QC & QA) are adhered to in the laboratory
• Ensure accurate testing, validation, timely release of reports, service levels are maintained
• Efficient Reagent consumption and inventory control
• Widening of test menu and partnering on business development.
• Workflow analysis with implementation and enhancement of productivity in the lab
• Ensure all compliances activities are attended to and completed
• Keeping the cost of operations of the lab with the budget
• Preparing the lab for NABL / CAP audit
• Personal rapport with KOLs including visits
• Attend and present CMEs
