Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8-10 years of HR experience, with significant expertise in talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to recruit for senior-level and hard-to-fill positions.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, HRIS, and labor market trends.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
