HR Director Global Operations

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned HR Director to lead global HR operations for a dynamic IT Services organization. The ideal candidate will drive HR strategies to support global scalability, manage a diverse workforce, and ensure seamless HR operations across regions while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Global HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR policies and practices aligned with global business objectives.
• Talent Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention programs across multiple geographies.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with international labor laws, data protection regulations, and HR best practices.
• Employee Relations: Promote a cohesive and inclusive culture while addressing region-specific workforce needs.
• HR Operations: Standardize global HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and performance management.
• Technology & Analytics: Leverage HR technology and data analytics to optimize global workforce operations and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 10+ years in HR leadership, with 5+ years in global operations within the IT Services industry.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of global HR practices, workforce planning, and managing geographically dispersed teams.
• Certifications (Preferred): SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or global HR certifications (e.g., GPHR).
• Competencies: Strategic thinking, cultural sensitivity, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
