Key Responsibilities ( We are looking for nearby Location Candidate )

Strategic HR Management

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Advise senior management on HR trends, best practices, and policy recommendations.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.

Talent Acquisition & Retention

• Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Design and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Develop succession planning and career pathing programs.

Employee Relations

• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Foster a culture of openness, feedback, and collaboration.
• Implement employee recognition programs to boost morale.

Training & Development

• Assess training needs and design programs for employee skill enhancement.
• Oversee leadership development and mentorship initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain HR systems and ensure the accuracy of employee records.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with local Labour laws and workplace safety regulations.

Performance Management

• Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee performance issues.
• Set KPIs for HR initiatives and monitor progress.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• years of experience in HR management .
• Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, PHR) is a plus.
