Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager

Reports To: Vice President, Operations

Location: Bangalore

Job Objective:

- Act as a bridge between resorts and the Vice President's office to drive operational excellence.

- Ensure delivery of world-class luxury guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support:

- Assist in managing day-to-day resort operations across all departments.

- Monitor daily and periodic MIS reports to ensure operational efficiency.

- Implement strategies to consistently achieve high GSI and NPS scores.

- Address operational challenges and resolve guest service issues.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize guest experiences.

- Travel to resorts for audits, meetings, and operational evaluations.

Executive Assistance:

- Manage the Vice President's calendar, schedules, and meetings.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for the Vice President.

- Attend meetings, document MOM, and follow up on actionable points.

- Act as a liaison between the Vice President and external stakeholders.

- Follow up on tasks with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Vice President.

Resource Management:

- Coordinate with GMs, Resident/Operations Managers, and HODs for task execution.

- Lead special projects and operational initiatives assigned by the Vice President.

- Assist in preparing budgets, performance reviews, and operational audits.

- Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining guest experience quality.

Candidate Requirements:

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in luxury hospitality.

- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and high-pressure situations.

- Proficient in preparing reports, presentations, and operational strategies.

- Willingness to travel for operational requirements
