Elivaas - Assistant General Manager - Operations (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the operational activities of the North Goa branch.

- Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

- Manage and optimize daily operations to meet business objectives.

- Oversee customer service processes and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team.

- Develop and manage departmental budgets, adhering to financial guidelines.

- Identify and solve operational challenges proactively.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar operations management role.

- Proven track record of success in general management, operations management, and budgeting.

- Strong customer service and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
