Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as office management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate training programs and performance evaluations.
  • Support management in strategic HR planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge .
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
