Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for employee data management, including attendance tracking and leave requests.
  
• Develop and implement effective induction programs to welcome new employees into the organization.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to HR operations.
