Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Territory Leader to spearhead our sales and service operations for GLI-India-CSS(Compression Systems Services) business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.In summary, Territory Leader- GLI India is in charge of 3 of our most critical missions:
Strategic Guidance : Provide strategic direction to IR-GLI (India) to drive business growth and expansion.
Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow GLI Compressors business in India, both organically and inorganically, aligned with the Make Life Better (MLB) goals.
PL Leadership: Lead and manage India-GLI, Profit Loss (PL)
Responsibilities
Define, drive and own sales and profitability targets for GLI Business.
Develop Country wise sales and profitability targets for products in agreement with Marketing
Develop clear and achievable strategies, objectives and tactical plans for the business based on account management, customer centricity, segmentation, customer needs and market conditions synchronized with the objectives
Drive and own revenue and profitability cash position PL for the entire IR portfolio in India
Drive manage direct sales also grow distributors and other partners
Monitor and execute pricing strategy/ discounts within delegated authority
Drive and own aftermarket services sales profitability across
Drive collaboration across regions by ensuring timely issue resolution best practice sharing
Identify levers to improve commercial effectiveness across regions
Leverage coach the teams on effective use of IRX tools such as IDM, PD etc.
Engage with existing accounts across regions to discover opportunities to grow revenue and share of wallet
Provide guidance to sales service heads in identifying and transferring bottom accounts to channel partners
Identify big/ key opportunities across regions and execute across regions by leveraging teams
Identify and implement levers for reducing cost of sales/ increasing productivity across regions
Ensure effective implementation of Sales Force across regions
Drive higher NPS across country
Develop people capabilities
Hire and develop direct reports to realize national sales strategy and financial targets
Guide sales service heads in multi-skilling the sales force to ensure AM s can talk both completes services
Facilitate and resolve any issues concerning inter-regional and region collaboration
Basic Qualifications
BE/ B.Tech + MBA or any other similar qualification with 15+ years of experience as a Sales/ Commercial Leader.
The ideal candidate for this role would have relevant experience working in Industrial/ manufacturing industry.
Has the capability to Think Big - identify new areas of opportunity for, create investment strategies and evaluate key targets in partnership with business teams.
This role requires the incumbent to be collaborative, has the skills to partner with CSS team across Leadership team, external government agencies, various different functions and legal teams.
Person should be people s person has required leadership skills, should have self-drive, ownership, Energy and passion to get thing executed.
