We are looking for an experienced and determined Senior Director of Solution Sales to be responsible for managing existing and growing net new solution services accounts. This role will be treated almost like a partnership and the right candidate will have the chance to earn fixed, variable, and bonus compensation, as well as, participate in a stock options pool along with the founders of the company.

You should also have strong communication, customer service, and account management skills and be highly organized and accomplished at solving problems and closing deals.

Responsibilities and Duties
Manage Sales Operations for regional/national sales
Drive revenue and a net new customer segment growth
Interact with clients, marketing, and delivery teams to solve internal and client facing challenges
Provide high touch customer service and grow existing Large Enterprise Accounts
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Negotiate contracts and close agreements
Assist in defining sales targets and comp plans for sales organization
Collaborate with delivery to ensure alignment between customer expectations and solutions delivery
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including KPI, pipeline, and revenue forecasts
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Required Experience and Qualifications
Fluent in enterprise-level B2B solution sales
Fluent in enterprise IT systems and pain points
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Demonstrate the ability to manage external and internal expectations
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiating and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
Willing to travel within US as per business need ( 50%)
