Role & responsibilities
Vendor Management:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors to meet business requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure smooth collaboration.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to achieve favorable outcomes.
Monitor vendor performance through periodic reviews and feedback mechanisms.
Resolve vendor disputes and ensure compliance with company policies and contractual terms.
Preferred candidate profile
Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement operational processes and workflows to streamline activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and enhance performance.
Monitor and analyzed key operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Administration Management:
Supervise administrative functions, including office maintenance, procurement, and facilities management.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate records of administrative activities and prepare regular reports.
Manage office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
Field Work:
Conduct on-site visits to vendors, suppliers, and other operational locations as needed.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and resolve on-site issues.
Collect data and provide updates from the field to the office team.
Manage and oversee vendor operations and relationships in real-time.
Excel and Reporting:
Use advanced Excel functions to manage data, generate reports, and analyzed trends.
Prepare and present detailed reports on vendor performance, operational efficiency, and administrative activities.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in vendor management, operations, and administration.
Proficient in MS Excel, with expertise in functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Analysis.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Willingness to travel for fieldwork and manage on-site operations.
Male candidates preferred for fieldwork responsibilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
