Job Description
- 1 To 2+ years of experience in creating google sheets dashboards to ensure all sophisticated calculations happen automatically and minimum manual interventions are required.
- Should have good knowledge of Advance Excel, Experience in managing stakeholders, ability to communicate effectively regarding problems upfront, share impact and TAT on resolution with stakeholders.
- Mindset to guide, groom and empower direct/ indirect reports and enable them to solve past/ present errors.
- Strong ability to navigate through ambiguity and come up with scaled reliable solutions, a solution driven approach on how we can’.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact and keep the team’s focus on delivering them one by one without the need of follow ups
- Able to interpret and present data to various audiences in an engaging and comprehensive, yet succinct manner.
