About the Role: This Role will be responsible for the entire Human Resources function which would include attracting top talent, training, and retaining high performing employees to support rapid and distributed expansion. While base level HR systems and processes are already in place, the incumbent will be responsible to implement and re-engineer them to manage scale, develop high performing teams, and create a company culture of high performance and collaboration, while aligning all HR strategies with the ambitious company goals.
Shape and implement strategies that will help us develop and retain high-performing employees.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop HR strategies to align them with the ambitious goals of the organisation
- Build a collaborative and high performance culture across the organisation by articulating and amplifying values
- Responsible for review of all existing performance & reward management systems and implementing strategies to build a performance-oriented culture while increasing productivity at all levels.
- Develop innovative ways to attract and retain talent especially developing a variety of channels to hire from.
- Using HR Analytics to successfully draw insights which would help business to hire, and train right for increased productivity and lowest wastage.
- Effectively lead the development of employee engagement and retention strategy plans and initiatives including the design and implementation of training, mentoring and succession plans for team members
- Responsible for building a collaborative culture amongst the top management team and skilled in conflict resolution and addressing grievances and other issues.
- Effectively develop and monitor an annual budget of the People Success team as per the business plan
- Envision a strong culture of Learning and Development across the organisation
Required Skills:
- An empathetic & strategic leader who will lead the function with strength and empathy
- An excellent communicator who can build strong relationship across the C suite as well as within team and employees
- Is required to lead an All India HR Team and will be responsible for time bound deliverables.
- Skilled with usage of Data and Data Analytics to draw insights useful to HR and Business.
- Comfortable with usage of HR and other technologies
- Should have handled a distributed all India workforce of minimum 1500 employees with a broad spectrum of HR tools.
- Knowledge & Experience of HR systems, databases, and in-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices, having led an HR function for at least 5 years.
- Should have worked in a fast growing and dynamic startup
Qualification and Experience:
Master's degree in Human Resources with a minimum of 5 years of work experience as VP of HR and a total experience of minimum 15 years.
