Chief Human Resource Officer (20-30 yrs)

- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and HR Tech management.

- Lead data-driven decision-making processes by utilizing HR metrics and analytics to drive insights and improvements across all facets of HR.

- Enhance employee experience through the implementation of programs and initiatives aimed at improving engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being.

- Oversee talent acquisition and retention efforts, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

- Drive organizational development initiatives to support growth and scalability, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.

- Lead change management efforts to support organizational initiatives and ensure smooth transitions during periods of change.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and objectives, providing strategic guidance and insights.

- Manage and develop a high-performing HR team, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to support their professional growth and development.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals and objectives into HR strategies and initiatives.

- Deep understanding of HR best practices, trends, and regulations, with a commitment to staying current on industry developments.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency.

- Must have hands on experience in SAP - HR Module.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Experience in Big Four or Multinational companies are preferable.
