- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency.
- Must have hands on experience in SAP - HR Module.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in Big Four or Multinational companies are preferable.
