Chief Human Resource Officer - Mumbai, Pune


Job Description:


1. Extensive experience in HR Leadership working with Top Management.

2. Proven track record in leading HR transformation initiatives across diverse sectors.

3. PG in Management, preferably with a focus on HR/Organizational Development.

4. Significant Pan India work experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage and integrate diverse regional operations.

5. Candidates currently in the role of CHRO/Director-HR, or similar senior roles.

6. Proven experience in managing large HR teams spread across group firms.

Job Responsibilities:

1. The incumbent will lead the HR function and will be primarily responsible for formulating HR strategies, setting systems & processes, driving HR transformation, developing a high performance culture, & overseeing HR operation across firms.

2. Drive HR strategies to enhance organizational growth, improve employee engagement, and support expansion and integration in diverse sectors.

3. Will be responsible for achieving the Group's HR goals through strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to build the capability of the in-house HR team.

- Strategy & Planning: Setting short-term and long-term HR goals and creating a comprehensive blueprint for OD across various business units.

- Relationship Building & Team Collaboration: Driving effective teamwork and collaboration to accomplish shared HR goals across the conglomerate's diverse firms.

- Talent Management: Overseeing talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to drive high performance and align with the conglomerate's objectives.

- Leadership: Leading and mentoring a large HR team and setting an example of effective leadership.

- Change Management: Driving and managing change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and integration of new business units and processes.
