One of our leading IT Services & Consulting comapany based out of Mumbai is looking for HRBP Senior Manager - International Operations.

Role:
Seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support international teams from India office. This role is critical in enabling global workforce success, aligning people strategies with business objectives, and ensuring smooth HR operations across geographies including America, MEA, and the ASEAN. Strong working knowledge in Immigration process for the mentioned geographies and understanding of local laws in those geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on all HR-related matters across international locations.
- Understand global business goals and develop HR strategies to support them.
- Drive organizational change initiatives and talent management strategies.
Global HR Operations
- Should be able to guide and drive TA team.
- Support and coordinate HR operations for employees based outside India, including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle management, and compliance.
- Liaise with local HR consultants or PEO/EOR partners in international markets to ensure legal and cultural compliance.
- Assist in managing visa and mobility issues in coordination with global mobility teams.
- Comp & Benefits with and through partners or internal teams.
Talent Management
- Partner with international hiring managers to support talent acquisition, internal mobility, workforce planning.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and career development initiatives globally.
- Support leadership development, succession planning, and coaching initiatives.
Policy and Compliance
- Help develop, implement, and communicate HR policies aligned with global and local regulations.
- Ensure compliance with international labor laws, employee rights, and company standards.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues across global locations.
Culture and Employee Engagement
- Promote a cohesive and inclusive culture across time zones and countries.
- Coordinate and implement international employee engagement programs and feedback cycles.
- Candidates must be from IT Services & Consulting background.
