Job Title: Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO)

Position Overview:
As the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing the entire HR function and aligning HR strategies with the company's business goals. The CHRO will drive organizational transformation, foster a high-performance culture, and lead initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent. The role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in human resources management, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of driving positive organizational change.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives and organizational growth plans.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on all HR-related matters, including talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Lead initiatives that foster a positive organizational culture, increase employee engagement and drive high performance.
Talent Management and Development:-
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Implement robust learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Develop and manage succession planning programs to ensure leadership continuity and build a pipeline of future leaders.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards and company goals.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain equity and transparency across the organization.
- Regular benchmarking and analysis should be conducted to adjust compensation structures and reward systems as needed.
Employee Relations and Compliance:
- Promote a culture of inclusion, diversity, and fairness throughout the organization.
- Develop policies and programs that support employee well-being, work-life balance, and workplace safety.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, managing employee relations issues effectively and efficiently.
Organizational Development:
- Drive change management initiatives, including organizational restructuring and transformation projects.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent reviews.
- Utilize HR analytics and metrics to measure effectiveness and inform decision-making.
HR Operations and Technology:
- Oversee HR operations and processes, ensuring they are efficient, compliant, and aligned with best practices.
- Leverage technology to enhance HR processes and employee experiences, including the implementation of HR information systems (HRIS).
- Monitor and manage the HR budget, ensuring optimal use of resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies that drive business growth and employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
