US Audit Manager (8-10 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Developing audit strategies

- Planning and conducting audits

- Establishing and overseeing budgets

- Identifying and managing personnel

- Utilizing artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and data visualizations

- Automating process flows for client data analysis.

- Understanding client needs and expectations, their business and industry, employees, company values and industry related IFRS or GAAP.

- Supervise assigned staff in executing the audit approach and perform a first level review of staff assigned work.

- Research accounting & auditing matters and document conclusions

- Leverage artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, data visualizations

- Provide excellent timely client service, deliver high quality work and strengthen client relationships.

- Effectively work in an outsourced environment.

- Exercising professional skepticism and judgement.

- Participating in a range of projects and open to collaborating and working with multiple teams demonstrating critical thinking, problem solving, initiative and timely completion of work.

Candidate requirements:

- Overall Experience: 7-10 years

- At least 4 years of experience in US Public Accounting/ Auditing

- Industry Experience required - Affordable Housing

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

- CPA, CA or equivalent qualification

- Experience with a regional or Big 4 accounting firm

- Proven relationship management skills and experience establishing rapport, trust and confidence with key stakeholders
