Regional Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

This is for a Regional Sale Manager - at Everest Engineering Equipment Pvt Ltd.

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for Construction / Material Handling Equipment across West India (Mumbai). The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the construction industry, infrastructure sector, as well as with builders, developers, and contractors in South part of India.

The position would have responsibilities of Sales operations through structured approach which includes:

• Developing sales strategy suitable for respective region, with a conviction to spread the company geographical presence
• Develop and manage the sales pipeline Includes Cold calls, Introducing the Company and product profile and generating Sale leads, technical sales presentation
• Negotiating sales agreements: A sales manager negotiates sales agreements and develops actions for client requests. Ensure deal closure with payment follow up.
  • Building client relationships Regular meetings with various levels of a Company hierarchy.
• Analyzing data: A sales manager analyses data and intelligence on competitors and customer demand to identify sales opportunities.
• Networking: A sales manager networks with key industry stakeholders viz. Financers, complementing product associates and participating in relevant industry events.

Preferred candidate profile

• Self-motivated and having a passion and drive to establish the Company brand
• Customer Response Solid communication and articulation skills with customers, paying attention to their concerns and providing clear, regular updates for ongoing requests
• Attention to detail being mindful of details since subtasks include creating extensive documentation, tracking errors, and making improvement/ changes to systems.

Multitasking

Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in construction or infrastructure equipment sales.

Strong network within industries like construction, infrastructure, and contractors.

Go-getter, vibrant, and self-motivated individual who can handle responsibilities and establish a strong market presence in South part of India.

Perks and benefits

Education: BE/BTech in Mechanical, Electrical or a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 10-12 years of experience.

Salary: Rs. 12,00,000 Rs. 15,00,000 + PF + PT + Bonus, Medical Insurance, Tour Allowances as per industry standard + Sales Incentives.
