Store Executive

Role & responsibilities

Inspecting of all received material with help of QC,

forwarding invoice to Account Department for Accounting.

• Making the sales order , challan & sales bill .
• Maintain Finished Goods stock in Stock Register.
• Maintain the INWARD register for Incoming goods from suppliers.
• Storing material as per the storage norms and segregating them as Bulk

material consumables/material return, Rejected /Defective

material ,scrapped item using inventory control system

• Conducting periodical stock verification : Monthly / Quarterly.
• On time Delivery of Materials as per DO.
• Issue the Raw Material as per the Requirement from Dept. while

maintainingthe Stock register. Maintain minimum stocks / Inform purchase to order.

• Arraging transport vechile for inward and outward goods and get Eway bills.
• Make GRN / Quality report and give to office time to time.
• Ensure all stamped challans return to company & are filed systematical.

Preferred candidate profile

• Previous working experience in Engineering Industry for 5-7 years.
• Knowledge of TCS iON systems is an added advantage.
• Construction Equipment Industry will added advantaged
