Role & responsibilities
Land identification for Project site/feedstock storage, check all the revenue documents i.e fard, jamabadi, Sajra Map, parental documents etc. Check & verification of 30 years revenue record of the land. Site visits and preparation of visit reports, Drafting of Land related agreements, Affidavit, MoU, Lease Agreement, liaison with Revenue/Panchayat/Govt./Semi Govt. officials, execution & registration of land documents at authority, must be aware of Punjab land laws, Takseem & Intkal proceedings, Change of Land use, Land demarcation, maintain the MIS/record of lease renewals/approval.
