We are seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead our growing India team, drive operational efficiencies, and spearhead the expansion of our Indian operations. The General Manager will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of the companys Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. The Operations teams within the GCC are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and excellence in legal workflow management, medical document reviewing and legal document drafting, ensuring our clients receive consistently high-quality work products. As the General Manager you will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence by optimizing productivity, efficiency, and overall performance across the team. This role requires a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, operational expertise and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to build a high-performing team and deliver exceptional services on a large scale.

This is an in-person office-based role in New Delhi, India. 

What we look for:

• 7+ years of experience in an operational leadership position within a Global Capability Center (GCC), Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO/KPO), Legal Technology etc. environment, with a focus on operations or service delivery
• Demonstrated ability to hire and develop front-line workforce team members
• Demonstrated work experience managing operational, production-based workflows and teams, including BPO management and vendor management
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team and manage cross-functional teams
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in working with/manipulating large data sets via Excel, G-sheets, Forms, etc. (SQL a plus)
• Comfortable in driving towards a vision in a fast-paced start-up environment where priorities can change frequently
