JOB TITLE: Project Manager – India Observatory
LOCATION: Anand (Gujarat)

FES invites applications from Personnel who have a passion and commitment to take up challenging roles.

• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience. Writes and edits technical documents including reference manuals and product manuals.;
• Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications;
• Work with internal teams on application and documentation requirements;
• Assesses the audience needs for whom the technical and procedural documentation is intended.;
• Create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to assist readers in understanding the architecture or process;
• Gather feedback from intended users to improve technical documents;
• Take up any other task as deemed fit or entrusted/assigned by the reporting officer from time to time.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:
 Bachelor’s degree in English / Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
 Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.
 Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development.
 Ability to meet deadlines.
