Manager International Relations & Academic Coordination

The School of Management in Bangalore is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join the team in the role of Manager International Relations & Academic Coordination. This is a key position within the institution, responsible for fostering global partnerships and ensuring seamless academic coordination.

Role & responsibilities:

1. International Agreement Coordination:

Coordinate with foreign universities for agreement renewals and ensure timely processing of
documents. Work closely with international collaborators to maintain and strengthen
partnerships.

2. Course and Calendar Mapping:

Assist in mapping courses and academic calendars for new foreign collaborations. Ensure
alignment between the school's curriculum and partner universities' offerings

3. Student Exchange and Dual Degree Programs

Coordinate inbound and outbound student movements for term exchange and dual degree
programs. Liaise with foreign partners and internal staff/faculty to ensure smooth program
execution.

4. Logistics Management

Oversee logistical support for both incoming and outgoing students, including travel,
accommodation, and other essential arrangements. Provide assistance to students in
adapting to new academic and cultural environments.

5. Transcript and Result Management

Collaborate with the office to manage transcripts and the declaration of results for inbound
students. Ensure that academic records are accurately maintained and communicated to
relevant stakeholders.

6. Academic Coordination

Work closely with the heads of departments to facilitate academic coordination for
international students and faculty. Assist in organising faculty exchanges, seminars, and
academic events as part of international collaborations.
