Senior Talent Partner

This is an in-person office-based role in NCR Delhi. The role is an initial 3-month contract with the potential to extend.

As a Senior Talent Partner, you'll be driving strategic talent searches for a market-leading start-up that truly makes a difference in peoples lives when they are at their most vulnerable.

This role will be the first hired for our Talent team in India, providing an opportunity for the right candidate to help build from the beginning stages of our new office. Youll help us bring in world class talent while being a strategic partner to the hiring managers you work with.

We want to talk to you if you are interested in having a high degree of ownership and impact while running full cycle searches in an environment with constant change. This role will own full-cycle hiring for strategic openings as well as help execute a programmatic hiring process for high volume roles. Experience managing projects/programs is a plus.

What youll do:

• Own end to end talent acquisition for requisitions ranging from junior to senior roles across non-technical roles
• Be a consultative business partner to hiring managers, department heads, and executives, helping to improve our people strategy
• Source, screen, offer and close candidates for hard to fill positions
• Help execute programmatic hiring for high volume positions
• Be a role model for others on the team and help to up-level recruiting across the org through your commitment to high quality assessment, alignment and acquisition strategies.
• Drive our strategy and execution for university and new graduate hiring
  

What we look for:

• Exceptional English reading, comprehension, and writing skills
• Experience working in a startup environment with high degrees of ambiguity
• Specific experience managing high volume recruitment funnels
• Mastery of recruiting fundamentals including subject matter expertise, competencies-based interviewing and structured hiring
• Highly collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
• Tech-savvy and ability to quickly pick up new processes and software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Sense of ownership and urgency around your work and the outcomes of our hiring processes
