Role- Public Relation and Communication (Sr. Executive)

Responsibilities

• Media Relations:
• Drafting and distributing press releases, media pitches, and press inquiries
• Coordinating interviews with hospital leadership and medical experts for media outlets
• Managing crisis communication in case of negative incidents or emergencies
• Internal Communications:
• Creating and distributing internal newsletters, staff updates, and important announcements
• Managing employee communication channels to maintain morale and engagement
• Community Outreach:
• Planning and executing community health events and awareness campaigns
• Building relationships with local community organizations and leaders
• Developing educational materials for the public on health topics
• Digital Communication:
• Managing the hospital's website and social media platforms
• Creating engaging content to promote hospital services and initiatives

Required Skills:

• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations
• Media relations experience and established contacts
• Digital marketing and social media proficiency
• Crisis communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Profile -

BA/ MA/ Master in Mass Communication/ Journalism /Media

4 + years relevant experience is must

Healthcare /Hospital experience candidates will be first preference
