We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The Account Executive will play a key role in managing client accounts, building relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries and activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and support.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed seamlessly.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contract negotiations to secure new business and renewals.
Track account activity, including sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and client communications, using CRM software.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform client strategies and recommendations.
Provide exceptional customer service and support, resolving issues promptly and effectively to maintain client satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals.
Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in the technology sector or software sales is a plus.
Knowledge of the Jaipur market and local business landscape is desirable.
