Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The Account Executive will play a key role in managing client accounts, building relationships, and driving revenue growth. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries and activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and support.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed seamlessly.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contract negotiations to secure new business and renewals.
  • Track account activity, including sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and client communications, using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform client strategies and recommendations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, resolving issues promptly and effectively to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in the technology sector or software sales is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Jaipur market and local business landscape is desirable.
