Supply Chain Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.

2. Supply Chain Operations: Oversee and manage all aspects of supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.

3. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.

4. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

5. Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions, delays, and non-compliance.

7. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage supply chain budgets and costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and improvement.

8. Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.

Office Timing and Working Days:- Mon to Fri (10:00 am to 6:30 pm & 9:00 am to 6:00 pm)

Two Saturdays off every month apart from Sundays
