Infrastructure - Planning and Maintenance

• Supervise office operations, facilities management and compliance adherence to ensure a safe and efficient workplace environment.
• Plan and execute office expansions, infrastructure upgrades, and maintenance schedules to meet business continuity requirements.
• Manage vendor and supplier, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Enforce IT and admin policies across the organisation / branches.
• Procure, deploy and manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks and data security, ensuring uninterrupted technological support for all departments.
• Develop and manage budgets for IT and infrastructure-related expenditures, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Develop and enforce IT, admin, and infrastructure policies, including asset management, data security, and workplace safety.
• Address emergencies such as IT network downtimes, power failures or facility issues, ensuring minimal work disruption.
• Approve procurement and contracts within predefined budgets.

Continuous gap assessment & New Initiatives

• Make and suggest decisions regarding infrastructure upgrades, system in enhancements, and facility changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to Identify people, product and process gaps and recommend improvements.

Coordination & Collaboration With Senior Management and teams

• Meet with the Managing Directors (MDs) on a weekly basis to discuss expectations, new projects, and the progress of the training department.
• Multiple stakeholders internally & externally regarding the process

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of IT systems, network administration and cybersecurity practices
• Expertise in facilities management, procurement, and vendor negotiations
• Adaptability to respond effectively to changing business needs & technology trends
• Data Security - identify security gaps and plan interventions
• Budgeting, compliance and operational processes.
• Ability to implement and monitor workplace safety and infrastructure policies.
