Head - Admin & Estate

Role & responsibilities

1. Administrative Management:

• Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and systems.
• Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor relations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

2. Estate Management:

• Manage all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
• Monitor and analyze property performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

3. Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor administrative and estate management teams.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.

4. Budgeting and Financial Management:

• Develop and manage the administrative and estate budgets.
• Monitor expenditures and ensure financial accountability.
• Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies.
• Represent the company in meetings and negotiations related to estate management.

6. Strategic Planning:

• Contribute to the development of strategic plans for property acquisitions and development projects.
• Identify and implement best practices in administrative and estate management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in administrative and estate management within the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of property management, real estate laws, and regulations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Candidate will be reporting to management.
