Job Description
Ramagya School, Noida is looking for Admin Head to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Managing and supervising administrative staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Planning and managing budgets and resources for administrative functions
- Developing and maintaining effective communication channels between administrative staff, other departments, and external stakeholders
- Developing and implementing systems and processes for managing organizational records, documents, and data
- Overseeing facilities management, including maintenance and repairs, security, and space planning
- Ensuring that the organization's IT infrastructure and technology systems support the needs of staff and stakeholders
- Collaborating with other executives and managers to develop and implement strategies for achieving organizational goals
- Conducting regular audits and reviews of administrative activities to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and manage complex projects
QUALIFICATION : Minimum Graduate
EXPERIENCE : Graduate / PG. Should have at least 6+ Yrs of experience in Administration.
