IT Head - Cyber Security (5-8 yrs)

Digamber Capfin Limited (DCL) is one of the largest NBFC in India, and its head quarter is based out in Jaipur city of Rajasthan. DCL was incorporated in 1995 with a vision to provide financial services and access to marginalized low income groups, especially women entrepreneurs, who do not have a formal access of banking services for their business upliftment. Currently, company is operating in 9 states with wide spread network of 250+ branches with human asset of 2400 plus.

About the Job :

The IT Head is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the technology infrastructure and operations of an organization. This includes managing IT staff, budget, and resources to ensure the effective use of technology to meet business objectives.

Brief Role and Responsibilities :

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals as set by the management.

- Spreading Cyber Security Awareness among the staff

- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networks).

- Coordination with Technology Service Provider

- Cybersecurity: Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.

- IT Cost Management: Manage IT costs to ensure effective use of resources.

- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.

- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.

- Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide IT solutions.

- Compliance: Ensure IT operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience in IT management (5+ years).

- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity.
