Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business goals, product penetration in the market and achieve revenue targets for the assigned region.

- Manage daily operations, budgets, and performance objectives effectively.

- Recruit, train, and support sales team members while conducting regular performance reviews.

- Develop and implement business strategies, Payment collection plans, marketing plans, and advertising initiatives to enhance market presence.

- Manage internal and external stakeholders and negotiate contracts to support business objectives.

- Evaluate and enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards, as well as company policies and procedures.

- Prepare and present detailed operational and financial reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

- Address escalated customer concerns, incident reports, and legal matters promptly and effectively.

Experience:

- 10 to 16 years in Sales & Marketing, Distributor Management, Business Development, and New Distributor Appointment.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving regional growth.

Preferred Industry Experience

- Background in PVC Pipes, Bath Fittings, PPR, HDPE, MDPE Pipes, and Hoses.

- Familiarity with the building materials industry, such as paints, tiles, and sanitaryware.

Education:

- Graduate in Engineering, Arts, Science, or Commerce. An MBA or equivalent management qualification is highly desirable.

- Age Range: 32 to 45 years.

- Skills: Fluent in English and the local language of the region.

- Location Preference: Candidates currently residing or working in the advertised locations are preferred.

- Compensation: 10 Lakhs per annum (CTC) + Performance-based Incentives.
