Position Overview

M/S Euroaqua Plumtek Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Manager to lead and manage the financial operations of our organizations that includes pan India Branches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, accounting, compliance, and team management, with expertise in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

• Oversee financial planning and budgeting to align with organizational goals.
• Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports, cost sheets, and profit and loss statements.
• Finalize accounts and draft the balance sheet while addressing auditors' queries effectively.

Accounting and Reporting

• Supervise HO and Pan India Branches accounting and financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Verify accounting of all transactions periodically and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Scrutinize customer, supplier, statutory payments, and expense ledgers for proper accounting and impact analysis.

Taxation and Compliance

• Manage compliance for Income Tax, TDS, GST, ROC laws, and related regulations.
• Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS, and other taxation reports.
• Prepare documentation for statutory bodies and liaise with them as needed.

Risk Management and Internal Controls

• Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Conduct internal audits, statutory audits, stock audits, and assist in due diligence processes.

Banking and Legal Matters

• Manage bank reconciliations, LC payments, and BGs (Bank Guarantees).
• Coordinate with banks for the submission of documents related to foreign remittances.
• Provide assistance in legal matters related to statutory compliance.

Team and Strategic Collaboration

• Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team to enhance skills and performance.
• Collaborate with Branch Accountants, auditors, consultants, and management to meet strategic objectives.

Skills and Expertise

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Tally Prime and MS Office Suite (Word and Excel).
• Expertise in Income Tax, TDS, GST, and ROC laws.
• Working knowledge of Customs, PF, Professional Tax, and ESI.
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory management.

Operational Competence

• Ability to prepare financial budgets and reports, monitor P&L, and ensure process compliance for HO and Pan India Branches .
• Capable of handling vendor management and ensuring timely vendor payments.
• Skilled in drafting reports, managing audits, and preparing documents as per statutory requirements.

Soft Skills

• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication skills for correspondence with statutory bodies and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational Qualification: M.Com and CA Inter (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 7+ years in the manufacturing sector, specifically in plastic moulding.
