• Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
  
• Budget Management: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently.
  
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the project team, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts.
  
• Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  

Reporting: Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress, issues, and performance.
