Duties and responsibilities:
- Ability to understand and develop Project Management methodologies.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders and project management teams to delegate tasks and follow up.
- Identify project needs and develop a detailed timeline for completion.
- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
- Monitor expenditures and create detailed reports for Leadership teams.
- Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
- Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
- Preparing documents and updating records.
- Work closely with senior leaders for deep understanding of our business and ways of working.
- Define category metrics and track them continuously.
- Identify patterns and come up with action plans to move metrics in the right direction.
- Keep track of a project's progress and ensure its completion before the deadline.
- Work within budget constraints and ability to monitor expenditure.
- Implement changes to teams and processes as and when needed.
- Schedule meetings based on project needs to run the progress of important projects and send MOMs on regular basis with continuous follow ups.
- Prepare and publish Project Management reports in a timely manner as prescribed by the management which includes overall progress, status of milestones, financial information, operational efficiency etc.
- Ability to streamline and automate processes and workflows based on project needs.
- Facilitate team communication of key stakeholders.
- Good knowledge in Project Management methodologies like Agile, Scrum etc.
Qualification and skills.
- Bachelor / master's degree in management, marketing, or similar.
- Experience required : Junior - 2-4 years, Mid Level - 4-6 years.
- Solid understanding of project/program management techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proven experience in a project management or management coordination role, ideally within a PMO environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and provide actionable solutions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) (Must Have) and other project management software (e.g, MS Project, Jira, Trello) (good to have).
- Exceptional attention to detail in tracking project progress and update to senior management.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in coordinating teams and driving projects to successful completion.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to changing project needs and priorities.
