Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Team Coordination: Manage and motivate distributed software development teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, team members, and leadership, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
• Scope Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and technical teams, managing scope changes effectively.
• Agile Practices: Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to drive iterative development.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
• Performance Tracking: Utilize project management tools to monitor progress, generate reports, and ensure adherence to timelines and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development (3+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and technologies.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams is highly desirable.
