Job Requirements:

• Proven experience managing programs involving Vehicle Control Units (VCU), Battery Management Systems (BMS), infotainment, or powertrain systems.
• Good technical background in embedded systems development, with a focus on microcontrollers, RTOS, and communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Familiarity with embedded software development cycles, validation, and verification processes (HIL/SIL testing).
• Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate between engineering teams, suppliers, and OEMs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program management for embedded systems projects, ensuring alignment with requirements and technical objectives.
• Define program scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to manage requirements, track progress, and resolve technical challenges.
• Drive software quality by ensuring implementation of best practices such as unit testing, static analysis, and robust validation processes.
• Monitor program risks, dependencies, and constraints, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular status reviews, ensuring project deliverables meet quality and schedule expectations.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Contribute to strategic planning, resource allocation, and business development initiatives in embedded systems.
