Experience: 10 to 18 years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech

Job Description:

• Responsible for development of Automotive Products in Telematics, Connected Car, Vehicle Controller, Infotainment, Cluster, Cameras & other Automotive electronics.
• Supervise and lead the team from Requirements analysis to Software deliveries.
• Hands-on experience in creating Software Architecture Designs.
• Should collaborate with Cross functional teams to bring Innovation, Feature realizations,
  Activities Planning and to overcome obstacles in product development activities.
• Familiar with technology trends, able to conceptualize new technologies.
• Train and Mentor, team members on technical aspects.
• Should interact with Internal & External stakeholders for flawless project execution.
• Demonstrate good leadership traits inspiring the team
• Conducting team performance reviews, planning Career Development Plan of engineers
  creating good work environment.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of Automotive Product Development experience preferably from OEMs and Tier 1
  Automotive companies.
• 2+ years of Team Management experience.
• Should have knowledge of Automotive products in Telematics, Connected Car, Vehicle
  Controller, Automotive tools development…….
• Experience in complete Architecture, Design and Development of Embedded Linux or other
  RTOS Based products.
• Experience with Agile Development/Management techniques.
• Good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal skills with an effective communication &
  presentation ability.
• Highly self-motivated and energetic.
