Technical Lead - Product Development description

Expertise in various microcontrollers ARM, NXP, ST, Atmel, etc.
Embedded software on ARM Cortex M7/M4/M0 based SoC.
Sound knowledge of the entire life cycle of the Automotive Industry and regulatory standards
High EQ and ability to inspire and motivate employees across all levels to work in collaboration as a unified and highly productive business unit
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Roles and Responsibility

Manage team and Coordinate with customer and hardware engineers for delivery of project/ product.
Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
Assembling and leading the project team.
Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.
Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible.
Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products / Projects performance.
Ability to set and drive the Vision & Mission strategy while also having the capability to empower and delegate responsibilities effectively
