Danlaw - Software Manager - Automotive Product Development (12-15 yrs)

Job Description :

- Responsible for development of Automotive Products in Telematics, Connected Car, Vehicle Controller, Infotainment, Cluster, Cameras & other Automotive electronics.

- Supervise and lead the team from Requirements analysis to Software deliveries.

- Hands-on experience in creating Software Architecture Designs.

- Should collaborate with Cross functional teams to bring Innovation, Feature realizations, Activities Planning and to overcome obstacles in product development activities.

- Familiar with technology trends, able to conceptualize new technologies.

- Train and Mentor, team members on technical aspects.

- Should interact with Internal & External stakeholders for flawless project execution.

- Demonstrate good leadership traits inspiring the team

- Conducting team performance reviews, planning "Career Development Plan" of engineers, creating good work environment.

Required Skills :

- 12+ years of Automotive Product Development experience preferably from OEM's and Tier 1 Automotive companies.

- 2+ years of Team Management experience.

- Should have knowledge of Automotive products in Telematics, Connected Car, Vehicle Controller, Automotive tools development.

- Experience in complete Architecture, Design and Development of Embedded Linux or other RTOS Based products.

- Experience with Agile Development/Management techniques.

- Good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal skills with an effective communication & presentation ability.

- Highly self-motivated and energetic.
