Embedded Hardware designer- Automotive

Minimum Relevant Experience: 5 - 10 Yrs

Work location: Bangalore

Education : BE/Diploma/Mtech/MSc in Electronics/ related engineering

Skills:

• Design, development, implementation, testing and validation of hardware for embedded system.
• Experience on analyzing requirements, developing detailed hardware specification, circuit design and analyze worst case conditions, circuit simulation, hardware realization, review PCB, prototyping coordination, testing of boards and design validation and manufacturing support

Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for electronic design of Core hardware platform BDUs, ECUs.
• Responsible for hardware prototypes are validated and available for key pre-production vehicle build milestones
• Creation of electrical block diagrams, architecture diagrams, schematics, circuit analysis, and design presentations.
• Responsible for Development of New electrical circuit design (schematics).
• Responsible for Generate reliable, cost effective, highly efficient, manufacturable power supply design solutions that meet or exceed the needs of customer applications.
• Responsible for Development of New electrical circuit design (schematics).
• Responsible for PCB component placement and routing guidance, PCB review
• Responsible for Board bring-up and testing of the product.
• Responsible for Preparing prototypes, testing and verification.
• EMI/EMC testing experience as per automotive standard is added advantage
• Power Control theory & algorithms. simulation environment like MATLAB.
• Responsible for necessary documentation for customer deliverables.
