Designation Support Analyst

Job Description:

Technical Knowledge-

• Expert in Troubleshooting and Root cause analysis
• Handson Experience on SQL skills, how to extract a log file, Cloud environment

Functional Knowledge

- Understanding of Inventory mgt, Sales, Promotion, Omni channel ordering, E Commerce, CRM,
ERP Integration and POS

- To make the Test plan for the testing team.

- To do the User acceptance testing in the final project.

Personality Traits

Wide knowledge in Understanding Retail concepts

Should be able to make people understand and convience them.

Should be able to produce the best result in pressure situations.

Should be able to work in team as well as individual
