Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele callerto join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong and prompt communication skills and be comfortable coordinating with clients over the phone as well as face-to-face. As a Tele caller, you will play a key role in enhancing our customer relationships and promoting services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to clients and prospects to inform them about products or services.
• Coordinate with clients via phone and in person to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system.
• Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
• Handle customer complaints and queries efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet client needs.
• Achieve set targets and KPIs for call volume and customer engagement.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to speak clearly, confidently, and professionally.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations (MS Office, CRM tools).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Any graduate with 0-4 years of experience in customer service or tele calling.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but freshers are also welcome.
