1. Responsible for generating leads and initiating sales by contacting potential buyers or tenants through outbound calls.
2. Explaining available real estate properties, qualifying their interest, and scheduling appointments with the sales team.
3. Maintaining a strong rapport with prospective clients and adhering to company guidelines.
4. Actively dial through provided leads to identify potential buyers interested in real estate properties.
5. Stay informed about current market trends, pricing strategies, and local regulations to provide accurate information to clients

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/Graduate.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of local real estate market.
