What you'll do
The Real Estate Tele caller is responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their property requirements, and providing information about available properties. The role involves generating leads, setting up appointments, and maintaining customer relationships to contribute to the overall sales goals of the organization.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from databases, fresh leads, and referrals.
Identify and qualify leads interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.
Engage in conversations with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide detailed and accurate information about available properties, pricing, features, and
locations.
Schedule property viewings, meetings, and consultations between clients and real estate
agents.
Conduct regular follow-up calls with potential and existing clients to maintain engagement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales processes in the G sheet. Update client information regularly and track the progress of leads.
Skills required:
Excellent verbal communication to convey information to clients. Active listening to understand client needs and preferences. Persuasive speaking to effectively pitch properties and services.
ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and data entry.
Familiarity with tele calling systems and phone etiquette.
