Tele Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads for real estate sales.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through telecalling and convert them into paying customers.
  
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with other teams to achieve overall sales goals.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in real estate industry.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from any institution (preferably marketing specialization).
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle objections effectively.
  
• Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking leads and managing client interactions.
