Job Title: Facility Manager

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Loni Kalbhor. The role involves managing maintenance, housekeeping, safety, and compliance with hospital standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance of hospital infrastructure (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
  
• Supervise housekeeping, security, and third-party vendors.
  
• Ensure compliance with healthcare safety and sanitation norms (NABH, waste management).
  
• Handle facility-related emergencies and repairs.
  
• Maintain records for audits, AMCs, and facility logs.
  

Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma in Facility or Hospital Management.
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setup.
  
• Knowledge of hospital safety standards and biomedical waste handling.
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
