Role & responsibilities
1. Leadership: Lead sales to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
2. Sales and Revenue Growth: Convert prospects into customers, and upsell/cross-sell products or services.
3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer experience, resolve queries, and address concerns.
4. Call Quality and Monitoring: Ensure high-quality calls, monitor team performance, and provide constructive feedback.
5. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
6. Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
7. Script Development: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and refine telecalling scripts.
8. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and coaching for junior telecallers.
9. Compliance and Quality: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
10. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular sales reports, insights, and recommendations to management.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing.
2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of telecalling experience
3. Skills:
1. Excellent communication, persuasion, and leadership skills.
2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
3. Familiarity with CRM software, telecalling tools, and sales analytics.
4. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing environments.
Industry Knowledge
2. Multilingualism: Proficiency in additional languages.
3. Should have knowledge of Digital Marketing.
