1. Client Interaction:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and answer inbound calls.
• Provide detailed information about the services offered by Bluestone Overseas Consultants, such as visa assistance, overseas education guidance, or immigration consulting.
• Address inquiries regarding eligibility, documentation, and process timelines.

2. Lead Generation and Follow-up:

• Identify potential leads and update their information in the database.
• Follow up with leads to ensure they are progressing through the consultation process.
• Persuade potential clients to schedule appointments or avail of services.

3. Documentation Assistance:

• Guide clients on submitting required documents for overseas education or visa processing.
• Explain the step-by-step procedure for application processes, including deadlines and specific requirements.

4. Customer Support:

• Handle client concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues to higher authorities if necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience.

5. Coordination with Teams:

• Collaborate with counselors, visa experts, or case officers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Communicate client needs and feedback to the relevant departments.

6. Reporting and Recordkeeping:

• Maintain detailed records of all calls, interactions, and client updates.
• Prepare reports on the number of calls made, leads generated, and conversions achieved.

7. Sales and Targets:

• Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales targets as assigned.
• Upsell additional services such as coaching for English proficiency exams (IELTS, TOEFL) or post-landing support.

8. Stay Updated:

• Stay informed about visa rules, immigration policies, and international education trends to provide accurate and updated information to clients.
